John, what's your take on reverse periodization vs a standard periodized approach and finally block periodization? Could you elaborate a little bit on block periodization and why you favour it above some of the other approaches out there.
Thanks guys for a awesome podcast. I have couple of questions. What is your views of disc brakes on road bikes yay or nah? And then how important is rest in your training program and what do you do on rest days? Do you do nothing or should do other excises?(like gym or cross training)
